Processing time

The average processing time is 2-5 business days from order placement to shipping. 

My work is handmade to your order. An order may take a day to complete but some products such as bonsai trees may take up to 3 days to finish depending on their size. Depending on the amount of orders, there may be a waiting list which exceeds the standard time in which I try to dispatch orders. If you are in a hurry, please contact me for an estimated delivery time. 

As a rule, after you have placed an order for a product I will always send you an email with the estimated time it will take me to complete your order.

Delivery

All my work ships to the EU. Orders are shipped using GLS and are insured to the full value. I take extra care to pack my work in such a way that it arrives with you in perfect condition. In the case of bonsai trees, shipping includes a wooden box as protection. 

Transit usually takes 2-4 working days.

Below you will find a breakdown of shipping costs to popular destinations in the EU. Please note that the final cost displayed before you confirm your order may differ slightly depending on currency rate fluctuations. If you do not find your country below this means we do not ship to your area. However, if you find something you would really like to order please let me know and I will see what can be done to accommodate your request. 

Tax and duty free

I am located in Poland which is a part of the EU. When shipping to the EU, your order will arrive with no taxes or duty to pay, just like you ordered it locally. The only difference is that the order may take 1-2 days longer to deliver.
